Adam Is currently a college student majoring in music education and music performance at SUNY Fredonia.
Adam's Experience with Clarinet
Adam's journey on the clarinet started over a decade ago. Since then he has performed in dozens of ensembles, received many honors including two all state selections as well as many All County selections. He has even played at Carnegie Hall two times.
Adam's Experience with the Saxophone
Adam Started playing the saxophone a little over 5 years ago. Since then he has played in many classical and jazz settings. He eventually started a saxophone quartet which would perform in many different settings including formal events and restaurants. Adam has even performed in many pit orchestras where he would play various instruments including the clarinet and saxophone.
Adam's Teaching philosophy
Adam believes in fostering a love of music in all of his students. He believes that if students develop a love of music then it will help to encourage practice. He also believes in building confidence in his students. Without confidence, students will not be able to reach the fullest extent of their abilities. Lastly, he encourages failure. He believes the best way to improve is to fail. Failure teaches us and motivates us to get better at our crafts.
